Course Overview

This course is designed for the student who intends to take AP Calculus in high school. The course will include the study of functions: elementary, trigonometric, logarithmic and exponential. The course will explore the topic of limits and the introduction to calculus. Students will be expected to analyze problems graphically, numerically and algebraically. The graphing calculator will be utilized to graph functions, solve equations numerically and to create simple programs.
